Website and educational use

All courses, chart demonstrations, indicators and written material are provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this website is personal investment advice, a trade signal or an instruction to buy or sell a financial instrument.

Accounts, SID and enrollment

• Information submitted during registration and enrollment must be accurate and belong to you.
• An SID may be issued or reused at your first valid FGM interaction and the same Dashboard identity is reused across later interactions. Student status and LMS learning access are added only after approval.
• Submitting an application or payment proof does not grant course access. Payment, student status and LMS access remain under administrative verification until approved by the team.
• You are responsible for keeping your password, SID and account access confidential.

Course delivery and recording access

Live classes are delivered through Zoom. Recordings are released through the protected LMS Learning Portal after they become available. Schedules, upload timing and lesson order may change for operational or teaching reasons.

Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not copy, screen-record, download, resell, republish or share recordings, credentials, unlisted video locations, indicators or course materials without written permission.

Payments and verification

Payments are verified manually against the submitted receipt or official support conversation. A receipt upload is evidence for review, not automatic confirmation. Duplicate, altered or unverifiable receipts may be rejected and access may be suspended while a payment is investigated.

Refund policy

Any batch-specific refund terms communicated before payment form part of these terms. Unless the team confirms different terms in writing, you may request cancellation while payment is still pending verification and before course or recording access is granted.

After payment approval, batch assignment or access to protected course material, fees are generally non-refundable because digital educational access has begun. We will review duplicate payments, incorrect transfers and a material failure to provide the purchased service. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the website, scrape protected material, misuse another student's account, disrupt the service or use our intellectual property to create or sell a competing copy. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect students, content or the platform.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website, Dashboard and LMS Learning Portal available, but third-party platforms, internet outages, maintenance or events outside our control may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Usman Ali Support is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits or decisions made using educational material.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service changes. The version published on this website is the current version. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
